Family Expectations

You're not looking to walk away from your family. You love them. You're loyal to them. Here's what I want you to know: you don't have to choose between honoring your family and protecting your peace. We'll work on finding the version of this that lets you stay in relationship with the people you love while still staying whole.

Self-Worth

Someone loves you well and you brace for the moment they realize their mistake. You have a good day and feel guilty for it, like happiness is something other people get to have — not you. The voice that says you're not enough yet has been there so long it sounds like your own thoughts. We will work to reach a place where you finally start to believe what's true: you are enough, and you are worthy.

Relationships

You give everything in your relationships — your time, your energy, your whole heart, and somehow you keep ending up feeling unseen, unappreciated, or alone even when you're not. In our work together we'll look at what you learned about love early on. You are worthy of love that doesn't ask you to shrink and that kind of love starts with believing you deserve it.

Setting Boundaries

You're the one everyone calls. The one who figures it out, shows up, and keeps going — even when you're running on empty. From the outside, you look like you have it together. From the inside, you're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix. In our work together, we'll start to untangle that. You'll learn what it feels like to put some of that weight down.

  • This is a space just for you — no roles to play, no one else's needs to manage. In our one-on-one sessions we'll work through whatever is keeping you stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself, at a pace that feels right for you. Sessions are 50+ minutes, held virtually across New Jersey, and available in English or Spanish.

  • EMDR — Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing — is a research-backed approach to trauma healing that helps your brain process painful memories so they stop showing up uninvited in your everyday life. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR works with your body's natural healing process, which makes it especially effective for trauma, anxiety, and the kind of pain that's hard to put into words.

    I am currently completing my EMDR certification and will be offering this service soon. Reach out if you'd like to be notified when it becomes available.

  • Sometimes the relationship isn't broken — it's just carrying more than two people should carry alone. Couples therapy is a space to slow down, actually hear each other, and figure out how to show up for one another without losing yourselves in the process. Whether you're navigating conflict, a major life transition, or patterns that keep repeating, we'll work on building something that feels like partnership again.
